5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant JobQuir a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Free plans are available with limited features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party processors
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of JobQuir (including but not limited to design, code, AI algorithms, logos, and trademarks) are owned by JobQuir and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

9. Disclaimers

JobQuir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI matching results are recommendations and not guarantees of employment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobQuir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or employment opportunities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
